Things I love about being here!
I love the trucks here - so much more exciting than our's at home. Actually this is a really muted example - usually they are garland bedecked with tinsel and dangly metal things off the mirrors - you often see them on the roads but they move to quickly to photograph well.Er...need I say more - this was my introduction to Indian feasts...

Sweet dumplings made by the street stall outside my flat.
It would be very easy to swamp this blog with examples but just a couple here to give you a flavour. More to follow soon...

How lovely to hear from you - really hope you are all well and happy.
As a wise old CHristian once said to me "you are not a beggar, you are a king's son"! That is who we are in Jesus - actually, a chap visiting the Alfred's briefly spoke a couple of weeks ago on the part in romans where paul says he does not count this present suffering worthy of comparison with the glory that will be revealed in us as the sons of God - the part where he spoke about the glory was really mind blowing.
MOre on the post soon - forgot my memory stick today. DOh! Love to you all,
Dunc
